1. How does it work ?
After you choose the best subscription and time for you , you will receive an e-mail that informs
you about your lesson details. You can go online and start talking English with our mentors .
2. How can I start ?
You can choose the best package for you. Book your time . After the payment , start learning
English .
3. How can I get support ?
If you have any problem , our support team is always available for you . You can send an e-mail to ‘ support@ukeduenglish.com ‘or you can ask for help directly from the WhatsApp chat. We are always there for you .
4. What do we do in the online lessons ?
We mostly focus on Real Life English topics in our online classes. You learn the necessary words
and structures that you need . Your language mentor also direct the session according to your
level and interest. You can also choose and decide the topic. It happens according to our
student’s learning pace .
5. How do I know my progress ?
Your Language Mentor sends you an evaluation mail. He / she comments about your learning and speaking performance. The teacher also talks about your English level in the classes to inform your progress.
6. What technical equipments do I need ?
In order to join the online lessons , you need a computer , a tablet or a mobile phone . You need a
microphone , speakers and a webcam ıf you go online lessons from your computer.
7. How do I cancel my lesson ?
When you have any emergency situation , you can cancel your lesson only once . If you mail to support@ukeduenglish.com or inform through WhatsApp chat before 3 hours of your lesson , we can help you about it. You can book your lesson another time.
8. Is the subscription renewed automatically ?
No. It is one time payment . You pay only for the subscription you choose . When it finishes , ıt
doesn’t renew . You need to buy a new package to continue your lessons .
